The Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra is an orchestra for the most talented graduates of all music schools in Poland. Our goal is to give each musician the opportunity to make his or her artistic debut. We ensure continuing professional education with outstanding artistic experts.

THE POLISH SINFONIA IUVENTUS ORCHESTRA
came into existence at the initiative of one of Poland's most eminent conductors, Jerzy Semkow. It was established by order of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage on October 1, 2007, and comprises the most gifted graduates and students from all of Poland's music academies. All the musicians must be under the age of 30.
The Orchestra began to give concerts in June 2008, performing with such great conductors as: Gabriel Chmura, Kazimierz Kord, Jan Krenz, Jerzy Semkow, Jerzy Swoboda, Eugene Tzigane, Evgeny Volynskiy, Antoni Wit, Tadeusz Wojciechowski, Monika Wolinska, and with well known soloists such as: Jakub Jakowicz, Ivan Monighetti, Anna Maria Staskiewicz, Agata Szymczewska, and others.
The Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra has performed at: the XII Meetings with Art in Radziejowice, the XIV Krystyna Jamroz International Music Festival in Busko-Zdrój, the VIII "Musical Gardens" Festival in Warsaw, the XXVI All-Poland "Week of Talent" Festival in Tarnów, and the VIII "Arthur Rubinstein in Memoriam" International Competition for Young Pianists in Bydgoszcz. It has performed in many concert halls: the Silesia Philharmonic Hall in Katowice, the Podlesie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok, the Great Theater, the National Philharmonic, the Łódź Philharmonic, the Baltic Philharmonic in Gdańsk, the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz, the Opole Philharmonic, the Sudeten Philharmonic, the W. Lutosławski studio of Polish Radio in Warsaw, and abroad in Ukraine (Lvov, Vinnica, Odessa, Kiev), France (Cognac, Angoulême, Margaux), and Italy (Lerici, Florence, San Pietro in Cerro, Rocca, Alseno).
In 2008 Sinfonia Iuventus made its first radio and television recordings and also produced its first compact discs with Maestro Jerzy Semkow (Schubert), and Mariusz Patyra (Wieniawski). In 2009 the Orchestra recorded with Ivan Monighetti (Haydn), and with the American Horn Quartet ensemble (K. Turner)
