All those who successfully pass the auditions are guaranteed permanent jobs with the orchestra. Young instrumentalists are provided the opportunity for further development. Under the guidance of the best conductors from Poland and abroad, they will strive to attain the highest possible standard as a performing orchestra and our mutual goal will be to create a symphony orchestra on a high artistic level.

We are deeply convinced that the opportunity to work with outstanding artists will inspire many talented musicians and strengthen their desire for further artistic development. The personal artistic responsibility of every individual musician will result in a shared responsibility for the form and quality of the orchestra. We believe that for young musicians the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra will not be so much an institution as a community of shared goals. Our hope is that during their time with the orchestra they will experience many exceptional moments of artistic success, the kindness of the musical community, and the recognition of audiences.

We anticipate that all music schools in Poland will support us by motivating their graduates to work in our orchestra.
