"The first album of the Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra proves that the ensemble formed by Jerzy Semkow is more than a breeding ground for philharmonic talents. The two popular Schubert symphonies sound fresh, natural, full of youthful vigor and classic elegance. (...) A successful debut and the promise of fresh blood for an exhausted Polish philharmonic life."

"A beautiful initiative of one of the most eminent Polish conductors led to the 2007 creation of an orchestra bringing together the brightest Polish university music graduates under 30 years old. We can admire the results of their hard work on this album with the recording of two of Franz Schubert's symphonies. This version emanates youth and enthusiasm, as well as lively, bright and transparent emotions. (...)
Young musicians breathe a new hint of their youthful musicality into Schubert's symphony.
