"(...) they are brilliant professionals, perfectly prepared, they have an excellent technique, are very musical and sensitive to sound. We have a group that is not only young but has great abilities - the "average" ability of this group is very, very high. Therefore, you can do a lot with them regarding both technical and sound points. They have the age and color sensitivity and are willing to work. They are still enthusiastic and enjoy the results that are quickly visible. We are dealing not only with youth but great professionalism and enthusiasm, which would often be envied by old timer orchestras (...).
(...) I am very glad that I had the opportunity to work with this youngest orchestra in Poland. I think that it is a splendid initiative of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the ministry deserves a huge round of applause, not only because a great orchestra has been created but also because this orchestra will support all others in Poland. The future of orchestras will start changing in completely new ways, which at the moment are very positive."
